what cams to get for a vts turbo

   what cams would you get for a vts turbo running a t25 rest of car engine is standard apart from the forged pistons and rods..
   
   ive heard pt50k are no good is this true or whats better

   better to get a turbo spec cam, speak to gmc

   Most people run OE grind or a specific boosted cam.

   what the differance with turbo cams is the duration open longer or something or less lift or will it not make much differance having them

   looking at the catcams range they have a good few options for turbo cams.

   i was thinking of the ph5 but im only going budgte and my ph3 has only seen bought 1.5k if its lucky so it seems poiontless to buy another, when i go vts turb i will

   no point having wild cams as youll just end up with blowby

   people have ran 250 bhp with standard head and cams.

    piper bp285 cams run well with boost thats what gmc sold me to run in my old engine built for 300hp. have them still in box for sale if interested drop me a pm.

    so from all what people are saying no wild cams and everyone seems to have there own fav cam . dose it make much difference as its forced induction and not N/A i know with N/A its a big worth while gain but with forced would it make much of a differance. will have to look more into this as would not mind it cammed before the engine gose back in
