   try pull and twist but dont smack you'e self in the face while doing buddy

   In my 1.1 i had to just twist it,,it was reallt stiff but it just twists and then just give it a tug and itll come off

   ive found the easiest way (and gayest) is to slam it in 4th get one leg over into the passenger side, grab ur knob and pull it with an almighty tug!

    yh pull really hard and give a lil shake as your pulling but as said dont hit yourself in the face because it will bloody hurt lol

    thanks every1 i have managed to get it of.. i have recently bought a new gaiter and im not sure how i fit it because my old 1 was a rubber 1 and my new 1 is leather.. the old 1 was held on by clips but my new leather 1 is flexible at the bottom so im not sure how to fit it.....

    put the old plastic from your last gaiter on leather and it will clip in
