any rubber hose that wont react with the oil will do the trick. Maybe goto the scrapper and cut up some oil cooler pipes if you can find the right size

samco make a hose for aiding the flow of oil/fuel.

    bit pricey though

Nothing fancy required for an oil return off a turbo though, as long as it doesnt end up on the floor its all good. Mabye go into your local hose place /pritek etc and ask if they do suitable hose (they will), if you are lucky they might chop off a bit and give it you since you dont need much

the sump pipe and the pipe coming off the turbo are 20mm and not sure of the length really but coul get enough then cut it down???

Just be positive the pipe is down hill all the way and is fed in above the oil line. Any bend, kinks or uphill parts will make the oil pool. This is a common mistake. Another common one is not fitting a restriction in the oil feed pipe as some turbos run at much lower oil pressure than the TU engine.
