Rough quote for respray?

How much should I be looking to pay for a respray of the front-end of a VT-kitted Saxo?
That being, the bumper + bonnet + grille.

I've phoned 2 companies for quotes so far, and got told £430(!!) to do just the bonnet.
Then the second company quoted £170 for the bonnet & grille; presumably the price affects the quality.

This isn't some weird two-tone idea btw. Recently crashed and the only replacement parts I could track down are white.

You pay for what you get mate.

Anyone giving you a cheap respray, is likely to give you a pretty shit job tbh.

price does depend on quality but some smaller garages tend to be cheaper, always have a look around cars they have already done to get a rough idea of what there like my respray was 500 for the whole outside with smoothing de texturing plastics and sorting loads of car park dings but im quite pally with them now so got it a little cheaper

how long is a piece of string...?

between £800 and £5k i'd say. depending on what paint and whether you going for a full strip down and re-spray including door shuts and engine bay etc or if its just a patch up job
