will mk 1 escort wheels fit a vtr ?
-
#1
-
#2not sure,i no vtr wheels fit on a mk2 escort tho...
-
#3cheers, next question then are mk1 and mk2 escorts the same E.T number?
-
#4Should be the same PCD but will be a different offset thus requiring spacers
-
#5usually ford wheels require a 20mm spacer to fit on
-
#6Did I read on another thread that the wheels your planning to use are 9" wide? If so you need to choose the offset very carefully as obviously the offset on a 9" wheel to fit your car will be different to the offset on a 7" wheel
-
#7ye they will be 9inch wide. what mm spacer am i looking at?
-
#8What offset are they?
-
#9your getting minilights im guessing then??
-
#10dunno thats what im trying to find out. all i know is that they are 9" wide and came off a mk1 escort?
-
#129" wide off an escort??c'mon,what r they??
-
#13banded steels
-
#14Be aware that Ford RWD wheels are a different offset to the usual FWD ones. They already stick out much further...
-
#15I had a set of mk1 fiest pepper pot on my pug at 1 point haha looked crazy
-
#16Mk1 fiesta is fwd. Same offset as all the other fwd ones. With the spacers would be about the same as saxo wheels, so not really anything like mk1 escort.Quote:I had a set of mk1 fiest pepper pot on my pug at 1 point haha looked crazy
Thinking about it I've seen mk2 scorts with 205 speedlines on, so I assume they are similar fitmant -
#17centre bore will be different from ford to citroen
