need to raise car back up

   previous owner had the car lowered 60mm at the front but 2 knotches on the back i need to know the standard right hight for a vtr so i can work out how far to raise it for 45mm anyone know the standard right hight?

   that tells you how to lower it but tells you where to measure and what the standard height usually is
   where they measured it i did the same and got 25cm the same as they did
   so have a look where they measured it and 25cm was the standard for mines

   best way to measure is frm the inner lip of the hub to the arch
   standard is 400mm so 45 is 355
