#2yep 100% guaranteed
-
#3so u suggest changing to the bmc?
-
#4BMC's never seem to get good results on dyno's.
I wouldnt have one myself. -
#5BMC are shit. Raceland are much better, dyno prooved. Have a search theres a thread on some forum with the dyno results comapring kits.
-
#6i had a bmc on my old vtr and since i got my new car i got another bmc on it and its the best induction kit ive had. . .other peoples opinions vary though
-
#7Standard air box, good cold air feed, green cotton panel filter
-
#8Agreed.
This was proven by various dynos from the guys at manicmotors iirc.
If not then there was a major debate about it and it was all roven by dynos.
The standard air box and the K&N gen 2 were the best. -
#10i think thyre good on some car but ive read theyre shit on others, didnt they run shit at one of the shows on dyno? someone need to get some testing done
-
#11all about getting the cold air feed right. Mess that up with any induction and it doesn't live up to its full potential
-
#12I use my cold air feed from the morrettes.
Seems t be better than anywhere else i tried tbh. -
#13THANK YOU KAM! this is exactly what i have said time and time again in similar threads, you need to have a decent cold air feed for a bmc to work at its best.Quote:all about getting the cold air feed right. Mess that up with any induction and it doesn't live up to its full potential
Id only swap my BMC for a pro comp tbh -
#15Racelands are shit its just a green filter with a plastic scoop.....its not even carbon fibre like a BMC so a BMC stops some of the heat soak unlike a Raceland.
