   Front seats are making it look crap.
   
   Get buckets (also recommend you get a roll cage if you're getting buckets)

   In that case i would go for number 1 but take the boot floor carpet out.
   
   No point lightening a car by stripping it then putting a false floor in that probably weighs same as the bench lol.

    That rear bench weighs about the same as a bag of chrisps, get those rear buckles out and save some real weight!

    back seats out isnt even close to semi stripped, just looks like you've taken them out so you can make room for a box of furniture from ikea or something
    
    If you're not going to fully strip it then go with the false floor as it looks tidier
