has an r reg saxo 1.0 saxo got a 4 speed box??

   as the tilte sais.ive found a low milage box from an r reg 1.0 saxo and was just wondering if they are 4 speed or 5 speed as ive heard some of the early saxos were 4 speed........

   All saxo's are 5 speed
   
   It was the earlier 1.0 and possibly 1.1 AX's which had a 4 speed box but never a Saxo

   early 106s had 4 speeds, so maybe a saxo did. Parkers will tell you.

   Lower model early 106's did and the citroen equivalent at the time was of course the Ax which 1.0 models had a 4 speed box
