Coilover squeek

    hi wonder if any one can help i have a squeek on my coilovers when i got slow and i go over bumpy roads i can hear it coming from my coilovers on the front the fk coilovers. so lat weekend i got some lm2 greese and greased the nuckle that sits in the top of the strut its quietened it down abit but its still there do i also need to greese the top of the coiover which the knuckle sits on as its meetal against rubber which could squeek dont know if i got the names wright but here a digram below of what i mean

    i dont like bare grease anywere to be honest... unless greasing points are covered with a rubber sleeve or something... as grease has a nasty tendancy to attract shite loads of grit and dirt into the area... so unless you keep well ontop of it... could all go towards the opposite of what grease is designed for...

    so what do you suggest mate ??? what shall i do as im going to sort it out this weekend

    is it definately coming from that area then?... umm... try duckoil... its like wd40 but doesnt evaprate... so maybe it will penetrate into the places where grease cant get to and sort it!... i use it on the rigs at work... good stuff...
