Im going to be refurbing my pro races as are really kerbs well the fronts are but rears not too bad inbetween the spokes near rim the paint feels all rough like lacquers came off but no sign of that. Should i strip them completely and start again and get them mint. How much would powder coating cost me as was going to repaint with hammerite spray and some good lacquer.
