lowering ??? HELP

   hii im looking to lower my vtr but im not sure how much to lower it and how much its gonna cost
   
   can anyone help please ??
   
   oh and i currently have 16's on the car

   depends what you want mate. if you want coilovers and dampers (basically the works) then you are looking at emptying your wallet lol. but i did mine on a budget so i got new springs for £60 and had the torsion bar lowered for £90, so all in about £150
   
   i have 15s on my car and it's lowered 40mm, just about right because when i put it on full lock it rubs slightly on the arch lining. if you have 16's then maybe go 30mm?

   i got mine lowerd 50mm on vtr alloys looks stunning and slammed
   cost me a total of £80 for the full lowering
   
   cuz you've got 16s id reconmend about 40mm drop?

   fine on standard dampers unless you go over a 40mm drop

   no problemo, keep in mind that stiffer shortened dampers will improve the ride and handling so would put it as a future plan when you get the cash spare,
   lowering it should give a bit of an improvement even on standard

    40mm at the front an 50mm at the back with 195/40/16 tyers on

    nah im down 50mm
    u dont have to change the dampers
    you do after like a year when they wear out
