filling in fogs?

   i am wanting to smooth over my fogs
   just wanting some advice as to which is the best way to do this?
   
   also is there any guides to take off the frount bumper?

   you can either plastic weld a piece in then smooth over with filler and prime, paint lacquer or glue some mesh in there then fibreglass and fill prime etc,
