hard to change gear 1-2

   finding it hard to change into 1st and 2nd gears sometime, seems stiff to go in and then sumtimes i carnt get it in unless i release the clutch and then try again, what could this be?

   1) Worn gear linkages
   2) Need some lubication in the linkages
   3) Worn Sincroys (sp?) in the gear box
   4) A gear box oil change may be helpful.
   
   how many miles has the car done

   had the gearbox bearings and that sorted about 2weeks ago now and clutch so shouldnt need to change oil, can the links be over tightend? was ok till took it in to have box sorted

   check lincage and lincage control unit

   Linkages are only clicked into place, held by ball and socket. So impossible to over tighten.

   sounds like linkages to me. there sloppy at the best of times
