    If your not getting any Engine lights then it could be, but it could also be the wrong size fuel pump*

    The FPR is a mechanical device so if it was working before then in theory it should be working now. If your after a new one then a 3bar one from most cars will fit in this bosch style;

    there isnt any engine lights on. but ive just remember the more fuel in the car the better it runs, if i put quite alot of fuel in it wont stall n will run properly but as soon as fuel gets low ( about 1/4 tank ) it starts losin power and cuttin out. but wen its runnin fine i have to rev it over 4k otherwise itl just stall

    Id check the fuel pump, fuel level sender, fuel filter, fuel lines, FPR and injectors.

    One by one in that order.

    Check if your mechanic didn't swap the fuel lines on the fuel pump.

    The easy way is to find the fuel feed line on the fuel rail and disconnect it.
    Then you should ask someone to turn the key a few times while your're watching where's the fuel going out. If by any chance the fuel is going out for the fuel rail instead of the fuel line, that means that you have to swap the fuel lines on the fuel pump.

    p.s.: Sorry for my english and I hope that you can understeand what I wrote.
