Removing front bumper

   Anyone no how to remove the front bumper.
   Basically i had a bump about 3 months ago- the grill fell off but i reattached it with a zip tie
   And the bumpers kinda hanging down and isn't flush with the bonnet.
   Anyone know how to remove it so i can reattach it?
   Any help would be much appreciated.
