   ok this is quite possible the worst question ever asked in the history of saxp but how do i get my gearknob off ?
   
   I understand that it just unscrews but how ? Does the whole knob unscrew or just the bottom part of something?
   
   Im in the middle of fitting my compbrake quickshift so any help would be good.

   I had to literally rip mine off. Fucker was stuck Must of look like a right weirdo when people walking past my drive with me sat in the middle pulling on it

   i got 2 pices of bamboo n glamp eather side brased and ripped it off lmao
