Has anyone had any experience with pre cut tints

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Pre-Cut-Car-Wi...d=p3286.c0.m14

Dont want to fawk out near on £200 for tints all round when i can get them for this price and then fit them myself.

P.S: I know the law about the legal amount of light going through im just asking if this would be a good buy or if people have had good or bad experiences with these?

    Cheers, Lloyd.

I've seen these as well and am also interested. Can't see it being to the same quality but will do a pretty good job

Am I correct in saying that all the back windows can be as blacked as you want, but the windscreen and drivers door have to have at least 70% light ?

Can't tint the windscreen can you?

As far as I know back can be as dark as you like and the front have to let in 70%. I'd imagine you'll get pulled all the time, but I have tints and touchwood, i've yet to be pulled.

correct me if i'm wrong but i think it's rear 2 and rear widnscreen as dark as you like and front 2 and front windscreen maximum 25% tint?

Sure it's 30%, Didn't think front screen was allowed to be tinted now though?

Front screen and windows cant be tinted at all now I dont think.

bay kits fit quite well but the film is poor quality, so scratches and creases easily. Not bad for the money but professionaly done tints will always look better imo

    Quote:
There are legal limits specifying how dark tinted windows can be on a vehicle:

behind the B Post (ie rear passenger windows and rear screen) there are no limits
side windows in front of the B Post (ie front passenger windows) must allow 70% of light through
front windscreens must allow 75% of light through
