    Philips blue vision or osram night breakers are nice budget ones

    as above, the philips ones are good,but if you want a cheaper alternative, go for some ultra bulbs, give off a blue light, obviously not as bright as xenons but still pretty decent, can pick up a set for £20

    I know 100w bulbs are illegal but will they damage the lights or wiring because i've heard they do??

    Best place for HIDs;

    www.HIDs-direct.co.uk

    Other than that the best bulbs by far are the PIAA ones, but theyre almost as much as HIDs. Look almost the same though.

    100w bulbs = melted wiring, damaged relays, possible fires, general bad times

    I just got some hid's off there, and what a problem im having with them, my passangers side is pointing too high, no matter how much i adjust it. When i flash my lights only the left hand side 1 flashes, and when i put the high beam on permenently my left one goes off altogether and only the right one stays on lol. Think i'm going to get an auto electrician on the job. But the normal beam is ok and the colour is spot on, just needs sorted out, think i might have a dodgey earth somewhere.

    No worries mate. Youll want the H4-3s for sure, and then its a choice between the 6000k and 8000k. Ive had both, now have the 6k and massively prefer them. Theyre brighter, they look crisp and they dont look chavvy.

    8Ks were a little too need for speed to be honest lol. Personaly preference though. Another good thing about the 6k is theyre much less likely to get you pulled by plod
