Gmax 55mm... are they really 55mm?

   That doesnt look anywhere near 55. The person that fitted also reckons then are only 40 at the most.
   
   On the springs it said : Gmax 30 PE 12
   
   Thats the code for 106 springs. On a 106 1.1 they lower 35mm and on quicksilvers they lower by 55mm.
   
   Quicksilvers and furios are the same no?
   
   Any ideas what going on?

   allow 3 weeks for springs to settle.

   you;d be suprised waht springs can do over time . . . i fit them for a living.
   
   leave it another week or so, if you notice no difference... measure it on a standered height VT lulz.

   Looking good! Also was it 55mm drop on a 16v? As if it was you might not see that bigger drop.

    yea does look like 40, mine was -50 front on 16's and it looked much lower than that!
