Car boot neon help

   can someone please tell me which wires connect to where and explain as simple as possible please

   cut the fag ligther off,
   strip back both wires,
   pop out the boot light and take the wires, do same to them and then the easiest way is just try it.
   if it dont work one way, try another!

   yep! and use a chocolate block to connect the wires though
