   just wondering if i was to get a 4-2-1 mani, stainless straight through exhaust and get it cammed what hp am i realistically going to get? its the 75bhp engine...

   at a guess probs no more than 85, providing it hasnt lost any hp to begin with

   it wouldnt cost much more to get a mk2 98hp vtr engine, is it swap for swap engine change?

   with the engine mapped around 100-110bhp with a fairly wild cam which can cope with the standard inlet.
   thats a few grand there.
   
   time for a new car or engine if you want more power
