Airbag light

  1. #1
    Brought a 97 saxo vtr

It came with an omp steering wheel and boss.

However as the air bag has been removed the light is on, .. well flashs for the first few minutes then stays on

How can I turn it out? Can i join the two wires together from the airbag connector which must be inside the boss?

    cheers

ignore it or take the bulb out

you have some choices - u can put a resistor in the end of the airbag connector , so it 'fools' itself into thinking its connected. theres a thread about somewhere which says how much ohm resistor u need, try a search. if its still on after, u could always remove the dials and remove the bulb / tape over airbag sign

Isn't it illegal to have the light on when you don't have one fitted?
