help with cams

   Hi just wondering if any one can help me im going to cam my vts and was just wondering which are better ph3s or 708s will they be realy lumpy ticking over?will they run on the standard verineirs?......did any one ever hear of a club car ecu?thanks in advance

   They are practically the same profile of camshaft, newmans are slighly wilder
   
   They use the standard verniers, they are lumpy using standard timing marks but you advance/retard them to get a nice idle.
   
   I've not heard of a club car ecu

   the guy told me that the club car ecu can run the cams with out a remap kind of a base map ecu i guess

   If you time up the cams to a good spec then the standard ecu copes fine with them.
   
   You'll get better results from a remap or standalone.
   
   How much is this club ecu?Does it look like a standard ecu?! Surely it's only as good as your standard ecu as it doesn't know how you've timed the cams up, what induction and exhaust your running.
