2 questions...

   the first is
   can i put vinal sticker sheets under the bonnet or will it melt?

   i have painted the inside of my fog lights, but aint really happy with them. is it illegal to put abit of tint spray on the glass to make them more darker? as thay are only fog lights?

   You can completely remove you fogs if you like they are not a legal requirement. So do what you like with them

   well thats what i thought but was wanting to make sure as they are not that cheep to replace

   but then again, a spare tyre is not a legal requirement, but if the tyres bald, its 3 points.

   you can put vinyl stickers in the engine bay mate, if you think about it the little citroen chevron vinyl stays in place on the rocker cover
