Bucket seats: how do you fit them?

   I've never been bothered about interiors really but I'm now interested to know how you fit a bucket seat.
   
   What are the parts under the seat (runners etc?), can you use standard ones have to be taken off and aftermarket ones installed?
   
   For example, if I wanted to fit this reclining bucket seat to a VTR lets say what else would I need to get or will fit to the original fixing points?
   
   Any extra info is appreciated.

   you need a sub frame to fit to the car,
   you could weld /make your own, but alot easier just to buy some subframes etc

   190 for 2 buckets sliders n subframes

   So whats the standard Saxo seat fixed to?
   
   Will any bucket fit an aftermarket sub frame?
   
   If I only get the sub frame will the seat be in 1 position and not be able to move it back and forward?

   the saxo has runners welded onto the actual seat so they cant be taken off.
   
   not any seat will fit any suframe, generally brand for brand, although some are interchangeable.
   
   some subframes will have runners, therefor you can slide forwards and backwards.
