Me and Tonto_VTR went on a mission to find out how low ours actually were, his ended up something stupid like -140mm on bump stops and mine was not far off so we called -110mm.

This is my old Saxo VTS, I have no idea how much it was lowered by, but it was this low on 17's, no scrubbing at all, I had to do alot of arch mods though, just to make sure.

I know its all kitted up, but this was 5 odd years ago now, and kitted Saxo's etc were all in, I would never kit a Saxo to this extent now.

  18. #18
how my car used to be, not recommended

  19. #19
    Now that ^^^ is low!!!!!!!
  20. #20

Search for LEE_VTR1 and look at his old Porsche Grey Saxo

That was 100mm on the front on coilovers and 110 on the rear.

Thats the lowest ive seen on here by far, most people only go really low on the rear without doing much more than 60 on the front
  26. #26
heres mine.60mm on the front and 70mm on the back.

  27. #27

I'll get a side shot pic once my car is back on its feet.

Not far off the silver one with the black vtr alloys in the pics above ^_^

i bought my car that low, the idiots cut the front springs n dropped torsion bar as low as they could :/ and for the carage to fit the new suspension they had to get 5 workers to lift it up to get the jack under it lol
  29. #29
Tbh that is a bit too low lol
  30. #30
can i just ask how you lot get over speed bumps lmao - my area i stuggle now and im on standard height

    Same as that...

I cant even get out of my street without hitting a speed bump along the way somewhere
  32. #32
    we dont go over speedbumps?

    If we have too... MEGACRINGE.
  33. #33
Mines surprisingly good over speed bumps, only touches on occasions. Just need to take it slowly and diaganolly
Although I never drive with 4 people and rarely with 3.
I have to get over a large speed bump to get to my flat!! LOL

Had it up in the air at work and noticed that the bottom arms go up from the subframe fto the hubs! LOL

Also the rear suspension travel is minimal

can someone tell me how low mine is at the front roughly? bought it and guy provided me with hubs and lowered spring but he didnt know how low. any guesses? not done rear yet so someone give me some numbers to get it sat perfect please?

how i got it with 15" rims
    http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/..._6842536_o.jpg

then got vtr wheels and put the hubs on
    http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/..._5789272_o.jpg

    then back to 15s

  71. #71
Do any of you guys get rubbing? how do you deal with it?

I'm lowered Aprox 50 at the front and 60 at the back.

If i have a person sitting in the back, it rubs on the wheel arch liners.

I'm running 195/45/15 wheels on a VTR. On Spax suspension set to Rock Hard
