#17This is my old Saxo VTS, I have no idea how much it was lowered by, but it was this low on 17's, no scrubbing at all, I had to do alot of arch mods though, just to make sure.
I know its all kitted up, but this was 5 odd years ago now, and kitted Saxo's etc were all in, I would never kit a Saxo to this extent now.
-
#18how my car used to be, not recommended

-
#19Now that ^^^ is low!!!!!!!
-
#20jesus christ! could that even get up a driveway?
-
#21Hmm tbh i think i have seen this one regularly in rugby where i live he always honks and flashes at me but i dno who he isQuote:This is my old Saxo VTS, I have no idea how much it was lowered by, but it was this low on 17's, no scrubbing at all, I had to do alot of arch mods though, just to make sure.

) You from round the grimsby area then?
-
#23Yeah mate, not far from Grimsby at all, the car is off the road I think, its in a sorry state now
-
#25Search for LEE_VTR1 and look at his old Porsche Grey Saxo
That was 100mm on the front on coilovers and 110 on the rear.
Thats the lowest ive seen on here by far, most people only go really low on the rear without doing much more than 60 on the front -
#26heres mine.60mm on the front and 70mm on the back.
-
#28i bought my car that low, the idiots cut the front springs n dropped torsion bar as low as they could :/ and for the carage to fit the new suspension they had to get 5 workers to lift it up to get the jack under it lol
-
#29Tbh that is a bit too low lol
-
#30can i just ask how you lot get over speed bumps lmao - my area i stuggle now and im on standard height
-
#32we dont go over speedbumps?
If we have too... MEGACRINGE. -
#33Mines surprisingly good over speed bumps, only touches on occasions. Just need to take it slowly and diaganolly
Although I never drive with 4 people and rarely with 3.
I have to get over a large speed bump to get to my flat!! LOL
Had it up in the air at work and noticed that the bottom arms go up from the subframe fto the hubs! LOL

Also the rear suspension travel is minimal
-
#36

Not mega slamed but sits quite nice imo -
#37Mines lowered 60mm all around i think, and its not got much clearance for speedbumps

-
#38^ Saxo looks awsome mate
-
#39Mine is 55mm front 70mm rear
-
#40yeah i agree, look at the car in post #15 and it looks lower than mikeys and the car in post#15 is 90mm. not having a go mate, just sayingQuote:im on about mikey btw. im not having a dig or anything just mines down 80 and they look simular..

and that car from 306oc is 140 and looks wayyy lower than yours
but the one from 306oc looks wank!! lol if the front was level it would look quite good in a weird way. -
#43cheers mate, gonna look lots better by next years show season
-
#44yeah, was it you that was there when i collected my door from renegade master?
im loving the vinyl roof, i phoned about getting one myself today -
#45do s1 106s count?
90mm front
140 rear
scraped the floor on any sort of bump
and eventually died from smashing the sump off a speedbump i didnt see doing 30ish
good lols though
everyone who followed me told me all they could see was my backbox hitting the floor

-
#48should look good man1 user thanked this post:

Mines 70 on the rear and 'apparently' the front springs were 60mm but no chance, my 40mils before were the same! What do you think???
Hate it when people Aren't honest about what there taking your money for!! -

-
#67
Not sure how much, - but need the front to go a bit lower, and to find a jack able to go underneath the car, no need for a spare wheel if i can't lift the car
-
#6860 front 100 back
-
#70can someone tell me how low mine is at the front roughly? bought it and guy provided me with hubs and lowered spring but he didnt know how low. any guesses? not done rear yet so someone give me some numbers to get it sat perfect please?
how i got it with 15" rims
http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/..._6842536_o.jpg
then got vtr wheels and put the hubs on
http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/..._5789272_o.jpg
then back to 15s

-
#71Do any of you guys get rubbing? how do you deal with it?
I'm lowered Aprox 50 at the front and 60 at the back.
If i have a person sitting in the back, it rubs on the wheel arch liners.
I'm running 195/45/15 wheels on a VTR. On Spax suspension set to Rock Hard -
#72
-
