Cam Help

   I found on the Kam-Racing the Newmans Road cams.
   
   I am a bit of a noob and was wondering how much power they'd give?
   On their own, how would they differ from how the car is standard? and how much would it differ with 4-2-1, catback centrepipe and a performance backbox?
   
   Are they easy fit and where do they go?
   What would be the difference between fast road and regular road cams?
   What is the difference of roller rocker arms, they are the same price?
