well my saxo is getting lowered tomorrow and the guy said he will lower the torsion bar down 1 notch but how low is that ? i want it to be about 60mm? thanks

Dont get it lowered that way!

The correct way is taking the torsion bar out and adjusting it, not simply "putting it down a notch"

It can wreck your rear beam.

may be worth making a post in scottish section for local places.
