help with brakes

plain and simple ... my brakes are poo... really bad.

pressure bled the brakes from corner to corner.
checked pads .... ok
checked disks.... ok
still no good

what else could it be

Leaky hose, or just typical shitty 1.1 brakes.
Could try upgrade to a 247mm set off a vts or 266mm of something else, cheap upgrade and noticably better!

so the vts brakes just fit straight on then just take old ones off put new ones on
or will it need moding

As far as i know just need to swap over calipers and discs, have a little search as will have been covered numerous times

Will be a few sets on here and 106oc suually as the vts/gti boys like to upgrade to 266/283 usually hence why they cheap.
If you do get some, make sure the bleed nipples are free beforfe you buy em as they often snap and are a total ball ache to remove!
