Rocker Cover

    Just a quick question when i take my rocker cover off to polish it up do i have to replace the seal or is it ok just to use the old one?

    the old one will be fine. just make sure both services are clean to prevent leaks

    looks really good, i did this to mine check my thread for pics Took ages to do but its worth it!

    it shouldnt take me that long as i am using a polisher to polish it so its kind of cheating lol

    should get good results then, whish i had had one! Still i got mine to look really good with a bit of elbow greese haha.

    will look good mate, i took mine off gave it a quick coat of paint and looks 100 times better

    i was going to do it with elbow greese but i am getting the whole car a respray and i am polishing it up to save money so i thought i might as well buy a polisher lol. i will post a pic once it is done so i can see what people think.

    It depends on its condition, if its cracked anywhere it needs replacing and its about £4 for a new one. Old ones will look tatty against the shiny rocker anyway
