vtr mk2 manifold

   hey iv got a vtr mk2 with the cat in the downpipe, im thinking of getting a decat manifold but i dont want to splash out on a supersprint manifold, what other ones is there and how much are they around?
   would it make a difference with a vtr mk1 manifold or is there no point?

   Standard mk1 manifold will mean you decat the car but youd be better with an aftermarket one
   
   have a look at the raceland manifolds on kamracing's site
   
   4-2-1 (read the bit about the oil filter as you will need to relocate the oil filter for it to fit)

   4-1 is better for more top end usually and 4-2-1 is for more low end, tbh i cant tell much difference

   if u visit powerflow they will mak u a custom manifold and they are very reasonable

   And also very crap, not flow tested just made to order and wont make as decent gains as raceland, raceland will also be a lot cheaper
