ECU unlocking!

   rite..
   i have finaly decided to put a vts enigne in my car and there is a few things im unsure about...
   the main things is unlocking the ecu..
   i no that i need it unlock if i dont change the locks and ignition barrel over.
   is there anyway i can unlock it before sending it away?
   also will i need a new throttle and clutch cable?
   is there anythings people recomend changing,
   only thing i can think of is the cambelt and i have a clutch to go in..

   water pump ,tensioners, clutch, and anything else that means loads o work to fix

   look into changing the cams if you think you might want to do it in the future you might aswell do it whilst your engine is out its much easier
