not normally heavy, usually means clutch is on its way out

or it could be the plastic bushes that the clutch fork goes through. they go tight when the gbox corodes

You can try changing the cable to see if it makes a difference (not the nicest of jobs and has a nack to it). But usually, if a clutch is stiff its on it's way out. I could do you a clutch for £180 all in. Any other garage would charge circa £300 so see what you can get knocked off

we charge about the same askrisb to change saxo/106 clutches so if you can get thatsort of figure (maybe a bit more)knocked off it'd be good or if its a trader you're buying off get them to sort it.
