wots gone wrong?? help please!

   hi all iv done a vts conversion on my vtr changed every thing accept ecu still useing the vtr ecu due to the vts bein locked, could someone please tell me why my revs am high everything else seems to b ok? thanks all

   Maybe something to do with the fact your trying to run a 16v engine, with a 8v map?

   you need the 16v ECU...

   i got the 16v ecu but it was locked how could i unlock it?
