PH3 Newmans or similair, decent breathing mods and a remap should see 145-150Bhp+

    bump....

Raceland manifold, Magnex de-cat exhaust, panel filter, PH3 newmans and a decent remap. And that's the engine sorted.

Lose the spare wheel, lose any sound deadning you don't want/need, lose the rear wiper. Save about 25kg.

What you bumping for matey? Just as has been said, you need full breathing mods, and uprated cams such as catcams 708s, all are best to fit during the conversion

my apologies was dying to get to 100 posts lol my first bench mark thanks for your help

would a panel filter be better than a closed air induction kit?
  15. #15
    Lol, damn spammers.

General consensus is that a panel filter (K&N or Green) and a basic cold air feed set up to the standard airbox is a very good set up.
