Airbag Light

   Im sure this has been posted before, but can't find it on the search.
   
   Got a standard steering wheel with airbag, and the other night the lights appeared in the Dash and hasn't gone away since, any ideas? I'd like the airbag to work to be honest.

   could be seatbelts. there a clip under both seats, maybe one has come off? if not it will be steering wheel one

   Got a 1.1 Desire, don't think we have more than the one airbag.

   Try jiggling the connection under the front seats its a common fault. just make sure that they are connected tightly. that should do the trick.

   yeah its the only air bag in your steering wheel
   
   but the seatbelt pretensioners underneath the seat, orange wires cause the airbag light to come on if they unclipped

   Have tried that, lights still on - and hasn't gone away in the few days I've left it. Any ideas?

   I have a 1.1 Forte & also tried the Connectors under the seats & still never helped.I'm sure I read somewhere you disconnect the battery for at least 10 mins & then take the bag out of the steering wheel & place it back in & connect the Battery again & it may work ???
   I've not tried this thou & maybe someone can shed some light on this......
