About to get some foglight builbs, is there any advantage to getting 100W bulbs over 55W bulbs.

are they much brighter or not?
and does it put my wiring at risk?

I know a lad with a new Corsa who ended up melting a lot of the plastic on his light covering 'cause his lights were too strong!

Dunno if this sort've thing can happen with Saxos though...

I no that the 55w can melt the rear lights but i am not sure about headlights though.
