Raceland manifold or miltek manifold and sports cat??

   hi,
   ive got a mk2 vtr and have bought a raceland manifold and have seen someone selling a miltek manifold and sports cat, is it worth getting this or fit the raceland and get all the parts i need to fit it or go for a manifold thats not goin to fail on emissions?
   would fitting the miltek manifold and sports cat make me lose performance over just fitting the raceland manifold as this would decat my car?

   i see zero point in spending a fortune on what is essentially a performance part, that doesnt give as much of a gain as a cheaper part?
   you wont fail emissions with a raceland if you put a cat underneath before your mot

   i have a stainless steel exhaust so its not easy to put on a cat? so the sports cat would make me lose performance over the raceland manifold?

   I had that miltek manifold on my old vtr and it was one of the best mods i done to the car all be it one of the most expensive aswell lol. These are highly recommended from me.
   
   I suppose part of the choice comes down to the budget you have in mind aswell

   cheapest option is a raceland, and a second hand full standard system from mani back. this is also the best for power. yes its half an hours work for an mot but its just makes the most sense if you want power.
   you want a new manifold for power gains, get the one thats going to give the most
