I'd go with a Rotrex supercharger as there are off the shelf fitting kits from gmc motorsport - or a turbo as these can be fitted with off the shelf parts.

I'm guessing by the creation of this thread you don't want and custom fab parts?!

I don't make custom fab parts, you'd have to get a local engineering/metal firm to make things up for you which is ££ !! it's all on gmc motorsports website re: prices

A few people have fitted the M45 but most people have had a lot of trouble. The biggest problem is most people try and use the one off the Mini but its not really a very friendly shape. I have seen one where the front of the Saxo was cut away and they literally hung it out over the front don't think it worked all that well though. The M45 off the Mini is also very small, more at home on a 1.4 Saxo. There was also a Swiss company I forget its game that was doing a Eaton supercharger kit but used a custom made unit with a long drive nose and end mounted port. Totally different to what you get on the Mini but fitted well and worked ok. It did cost a hell of a lot and power was not that great. As people have said GMC are the people to talk to if your after supercharging a Saxo. They use the far more efficient centrifugal Rotex charger.

Prices on GMC are for all the seperate bits. Click on the column at the side of the page with 'superchargers' written on it.
