   Carfuly get a flat head srewdriver in the gap and prize it off till you can just pull it.

   yep just pull but carefull not to snap the clips

   They are actually really hard to do, i ended up snapping one of mine.
   
   Get a small flat head screwdriver and wrap a thinish cloth over it and ease it off gentally.
