I bought my set off ebay last friday morning, turned up saturday morning and fitted in an hour on Saturday. Loads of my mates have bought off ebay aswel, we have had no problems. All i would do is look about, read feedback etc, make sure you get a Hi/Lo beam bi-xenon set and your laughing

Here are a couple of links bud

HIDs direct are very good, Ive had a few different kits and theyre the best Ive had. Had one small fault and they sent a replacement within a day.

Avoid TurboRevs like the plague, worst kits ever made

This is a bit of a problem with these HID conversion bulb kits and that is that they are not road legal and would effectively invalidate your insurance.

But then so its tinting your front windows but people still do that as well. Up to you really. But if I'm in a incidents with some one who has these fitted I am going to have them ass raped in court for every penny they have

Yes they are illegal when fitted to a saxo but so is a decat and how many people decat on here? Every other car? Don't understand why people make such a big deal about HID's on here when at the end of the day it's just improving visability by so much. Anything over 8k is stupid imo as it will just get you pulled and looks way too blue/purple. 4k or 6k is more than enough. Just looks like the new cars like audi's etc. Also, as long as you adjust the aim inside your car to the lowest setting, they don't blind anyone either. My MOT service place passed mine without a problem they just had to set them to the correct height.

Its explained in the link. But in short what's fitted to new cars is not the same as what people are fitting in place of standard halogen bulbs.
