   ye that will be ok but how long it stays on for i dunno
   why not try paint pens like the touch up pens from halfrauds?

   well try tough up paint and laquer it should last for ages

   Just an idea but if you can take the wheels off, you could take them to a powder coaters and get them to shoot yellow powder where the text is on the rims.
   
   Wipe over the sufrace with something flat so the powder only stays in the ridges and ask them to cure it.
   
   Would look ace and probs wouldn't cost you much as they don't need to do any prep work as such and the materials used would be minimal.

    Like I said above though, it really shouldn't cost much, especially if you approach a place and you're friendly with them.
    
    Say, a Friday morning have a word and see if they're busy that day, if not just whip the wheels / tyres off and come back a few hours later (cure time itself for powder is only 20 mins).
    Even better if you can sort it as a bit of a back hander, cash in hand jobby (it's beer money for their weekend then).
    
    There's no shot blasting or stripping involved and the amount of powder being used is quite literally a few quid if that, pay them a tenner per wheel and everyones happy.
