wot the hell is going on?

   can some one please tell me wots up with my vts it starts an every thin can put it into gear but when i let go of the clutch my car dont go anywhere and doesnt conk out its just stuck to a stand still but when i accelerate my mph goes up ( can find every gear but with winding sounds as i accelerate more it gets louder) thanks to all

   sounds like the differential has shat itself if the mph is going but the car isnt
   that or a driveshaft is snapped clean in half
   
   i would side with the diff tbh i dunno why
   
   
   moved to transmission section as its deffo a gearbox related issue if the speedo is going up ect

   driveshafts am still in tact i checked that thats wot i thought at first so i blew the diffs out the gear box then?

   id say the internals of the diff are fucked if the shafts are ok as the speedo pickup is on the outed casing like
   drive is getting to the diff but not from there to the shafts
   new box needed dude
