Tyres

    Hi i was just wonderin if its okay to have 185/60 R14 82H tyres on the rear and 185/55 R14 80H on the front.

    Shouldn't be a problem, why are you doing it though?

    As long as the tyres are the same on each axle (two same at the front, two same at the back) - its legal.

    u will need your wheels re balancing tho cos wen u get upto 60 - 70 it will strt shakin but not a mojor problem

    Bollocks.

    Having different sizes wont cause this, not having them balanced after you get new tyres put on rims will. If youve had the tyres fitted by a garage balancing will be part of the service.

    Yeah it wont cause them to shake, high performance cars have wider tyres witth a narrower sidewall as standard. Will be fine mate, i've hone it a few times

    Can you tell is it ok to put on Saxo 1.5D 185/60 R14 tyres or better to go for 185/55 R14?
    I like when the car is higher, but I affraid 185/60 R14 will mess something inside.

    As said there's no problem with it but it looks stupid imo
