Vtr wheel arch fitting?

   I've been driving the car lately and noticed squeeky rattle coming from outside when going slow over bumps or faster i.e. Dual carriageway. Any way, upon inspection i've checked the wing mirror, chcked plastics in engine bay i.e. Scuttle panel and air filter, then noticed the drivers side wheel arch is loose at the bottom by the side skirt.
   
   It has a small bracket attached with a torx screw in it and thats whats causing the noise. It looks like the plastic clip slides onto the pin on the chassis but it just doesn't reach it and if it does, its about 5-10mm out from the side skirt! Is there something else missing from the fittings? If any one happems to have a clear pic or any advice on how its attached and the allignment i'd be greatful.

   I remember a while back i had this issue and i ordered some bits from citroen, i have the invioce here but i cant workout whats what. Id go to citroen mate

   my local citroen dealers have closed lol! all 3 garaged have now gone! nearest on is about 10 miles away now! grrr...cheers anyway

   i've been hunting for ages now but cant find the parts list anywhere. i'm suprised its not a sticky!
