S2 rallye box to buy or not to buy...?

   basiacally ive been offered a s2 rallye box quite cheap like hardly any miles on it.
   i have a westcoast at the moment and am wondering is it going to be any better 0-60 im struggling to find the logic cars pretty much standard with vtr wheels with current gearbox i get top speed 122mph on speedo which accordin to tomtom is out by 5 mph not bothered bout top speed much but am i going to have any edge over a vtr???

   If your getting it cheap mate.....buy it and sell it on for more money as they go for quite a bit. If its a daily driver might get a bit annoying asthey are alot shorter than the other boxes.

   I enjoy my S2 ! Seems to be a good 'length' box - S1 will be better though

   S1 for me it will be but need to find 1 and sort out Quaife. I see you may be doing a group buy but needs to be after xmas

   ye i guess its pretty damm cheap only done like 34 thousand miles haha. but im unsure weather it will relly give my westcoast the edge over a vtr from standstill

   Quaife are making more diffs over Xmas so won't be in stock until Jan - not sure about a group buy but will re-open it nearer the time !

   Like the s1 rallye and 1.4xsi boxes which are both with 'shorter' final drives lol!
   
   Theres not much difference between s2 and vts.

   ok kool guess its gonna have to be something ill experiment with hoping it will help get those 0-60 times down abit

   s2 box is a good box its not got the mad final drives like the s1 box for example.
   
   With a high rev limit you can do silly speeds in each gear still 130+ in 4th on the rollers lol

    As it has the sports cluster it will help your acceleration mate
