Interior Light

   Can anyone tell me which wires i should be connecting footwell neons to in the interior light to make them only come on when the interior light comes on? (in other words when the doors open) thanks.

   there are only two wires going to the interior light so just get a block connector and try both!!

   Tap a wire from the neon onto the cable attatched to the switch on your door. Pull it out and its the pink cable mate, do it on the driversside as thats the main one. Thats what i did for my alarm, as the door openes and the interior light turns on the alarm goes off if armed. in your case the door switch wire is attatched to your interior light thats how it turnes on when you open the car door. So tap into that wire and everytime you open the door the neons will come on.

   you have a switch in there lol.
   
   get rid of the switch and run the red wire to the pink and the black to any earth/negative on the car hay presto job done in 5 min.

   I was the same mate get rid of the switch and tap the yellow cable to the pink, the switch on the door acts as a cut off point for your light. Plus its all built in which looks better

   thanks for your help guys ive just gone with the neons coming on with the lights for now... if i start to get sick of them ill wire them up to the door switch.
