vts conversion this weekend !!

right... im doing a vts conversion on my 03 furio this weekend. i have got all the bits needed such as the right loom, ecu, transponder box and key chip but im concerned about two things, 1 being that i have searched and searched through the threads regarding wiring changes and i cant find anything. is it really just plug in and play?, i wont have to change a few of the wires around on the multiplug to get things working like rad fan, dash warning lights e.t.c.?? and also will i have to get a vts fuel pump or can i just plumb in a nipple onto the tank for the fuel return?? any advice will help me get my head round this thanks guys.

it is plug and play - the only ballache might be the rad fan - could keep yours for now or wire in an aftermarket one.

Ontop of the fuel pump there is an inlet and outlet.

All saxo's have a return line, it's just most of them are ontop of the tank - i.e. the fuel presure is regulated in pipes at the tank end.

The vts regulates the fuel pressure as part of the fuel rail, hence needing the return line installed to go from the engine back to the tank.

when you say ballache with the rad fan do you mean it not working or not bein up to the job to keep it cool?? also my car hasnt got a return line its only got the feed i was just wondering if the return has to run back though the pump or can i just drill a hole into the top of the tank and use a screw in nipple to connect the pipe to??.

lol, don't drill a hole in your tank!!!

just connect the return line to the inlet in the fuel pump - hence IN let

Well on the loom there will be a connector for the radiator fan (either single or dual stage) I just found the two wires and connected them to the 2 wires on the vts fan. Only a ballache if you dont know which wires are what.

when you get the tank down you'll see that you wont need to drill anythin. theres a return line from the regulator but it just doesnt go to the fuel rail
