Important! : inner halo rings?

   hi peeps i bought a savo vtr not so long ago its a 1998
   it has halo lights everything works on them apart from the inner rings on each side the wires are all wired up but they aint coming on is it possible to replace them and are they a bulb or L.E.D

   have a look and post a picture up, some (like mine) have rings of plastic with bulbs behind them. would probably be a case of rewiring them

   have you got a pic of yours to compare them?
   how would i get to the bulb?
